1) Open the Franklin County R-II app
If you do NOT have the app downloaded, use the links below to install the app.

2)Go to rooms on the bottom bar. Use your phone number to log in.
3)If the app or rooms ask you to turn on notifications, click yes. You can also turn on notifications in the phone settings.
