CONCERT DATE AND TIME

Monday | April 17, 2022

6:30PM

Franklin County R-II Gymnasium

Concert Dress: Students should wear a dress shirt and dress pants. Pants can be khaki or even black jeans, but I ask that they do not wear blue jeans. Students can also wear a dress or skirt as long as it follows the school dress code. If you have any trouble finding these items, please reach out so we can get you what you need; we have great resources in our community!

Grading: Grading in band class is based primarily in four areas: Daily rehearsal points, classwork, playing tests, and concert attendance. This performance will go into the gradebook as a two hundred point test grade for preparation and performance.

Attendance: If a student is unable to attend this performance for an excusable reason, Ms. Hauser must be notified in writing at least two weeks before the performance. If there is an emergency the day of the performance (family emergency, illness, etc.) please contact Ms. Hauser as soon as possible. Failure to communicate an absence prior to the performance will result in a 0% on the grade with no option for a make-up assignment.

Thank you for the opportunity to teach your students. We are looking forward to a great concert!

Sincerely,

Hannah Shockley
